True North Mortgage will pay for an appraisal on Mortgages over $100,000 in major urban areas once we receive the signed mortgage commitment.

In rural areas, we will reimburse you up to $350 for your appraisal on mortgages over $100,000 once we have received a copy of the paid invoice.
If your mortgage does not close with us, we ask that you reimburse us for the cost of the appraisal.
We will not pay for an appraisal if it is not required by the lending institution.
We will order all appraisals through Solidifi and will only pay for one appraisal per mortgage.
