Calgary-based storefront mortgage service continues Canadian growth

Montreal and Vancouver mortgage shoppers, the latest to have more choice and convenience

Calgary, Alberta, May 18, 2011 - True North Mortgage, winner of Canada’s Mortgage Brokerage of the year award for 2011, continues its steady expansion by bringing hassle-free mortgage shopping to Montreal and Vancouver.

Using its successful customer-friendly storefront approach, True North Mortgage has begun operations in Vancouver and Montreal. The two mortgage outlets represent the second and the third locations launched in 2011. On March 1st, a True North Mortgage outlet opened in Halifax. In addition to Vancouver, Montreal and Halifax, True North Mortgage has two locations in Calgary and one in Toronto with plans to eventually have 20 locations in Canada.

Mortgage Brokerage of the Year for 2011

The award was presented by Mortgage Broker News on April 29 to True North Mortgage in front of hundreds of mortgage industry players from across Canada. The black tie Gala event was held at the Liberty Grand venue in Toronto.
