About Simon

I worked as a financial advisor with one of the major banks for over 8 years and there I gained the expertise to provide sound advice and quality service, however I always felt limited by mortgage options and rates offered by the one lender.

Now with joining True North Mortgage I can ensure my clients whether purchasing, renewing or refinancing their property, that they will receive the best mortgage plan which suits their needs along with the best rates available in Canada!

I look forward to having the opportunity of working with you.

Fantastic experience. Simon and Celeste made this experience very painless!

Me and the future wifey were looking to get a pre-approval and Mr. Simon Phui at True North Mortgage worked his magic and now we move in next week! We were shopping around for rates with other brokers and Simon got us the best rate with the terms we were looking for. He made the process so easy and effortless. Will definitely go back to him when our term is up! And will also tell our friends who to talk to when they are looking for a renewal. Thanks Simon!

Simon Phui was such a pleasure to work with on my recent mortgage renewal/refinance. My bank (one of the Big 5) tried to sway me away from True North, citing lack of service but that couldn't be farther from the truth. In fact, it was much more efficient to deal with Simon over email (he was so quick to respond and always a phone call away) vs making appointments during bankers hours to meet with an advisor. Plus, the bank could not match the rate that TNM was able to secure! It was a great experience going through True North, Simon is a top notch professional that went above and beyond to address my concerns and make the transaction as seamless as possible. Highly recommended!
