I worked closely with True North for a decade as an outside contractor before joining the team in-house in 2019. I began by leading the first redesign of the website and developing the initial version of TNM’s internal CRM, which has since evolved into the bespoke software that powers the company. It’s been a rewarding and exciting journey ever since.
While I’m a designer at heart, I have a strong ability to understand how larger systems and processes work. As Creative Director, my role spans multiple True North teams, as well as external agencies, advertising partners, and vendors. I help envision, build, and collaborate on marketing and creative initiatives that drive the True North engine—both internally and for Canadians who want a great rate and a seamless mortgage experience.
I believe in a True North brand that’s as essential to Canadian homeowners as it is to industry innovation. I strive to continually elevate the client experience through visual and interactive excellence.
