Purchase Agreement
MLS Listing
Copy of Signed Mortgage Approval
Copy of Insurance Application Waiver (MPP).
Copy of Signed Mortgage Borrower Disclosure
Gift Letter with Associated Bank Statement.
Proof of Down Payment via bank/investment statement for 90days prior to closing
Lawyer Information (Including the firm and solicitor’s name, address, phone and fax)
Job Letter and Current Paystub.
Notice of Assessment (NOA) for the last two years
Home Appraisal.
Copy of a VOID Cheque
Copy of your Home Insurance Policy
Copy of the Renewal Notice from your current lender.
Driver’s License or other Government-issued Photo ID
