In 2006, we became a shining example of location, location, location — offering trust to clients through physical stores.

Now clients could walk straight into their ideal mortgage (like a bank, but better), starting with our first convenient True North Mortgage store location in downtown Calgary.

The concept of this different, better mortgage approach peaked the interest of the business community, and Dan's appearances on The Entrepreneurs and The Dragons' Den further raised the profile of our unique mortgage-broker company.

True North Mortgage was truly thinking different, and shaped innovation in the mortgage industry — everyday low rates, volume discounts, salaried staff. And, we're the first mortgage brokerage to become an official CMHC approved lender (THINK Financial), increasing our ability to offer clients their best mortgages possible.

Today, True North Mortgage has 12 store locations across Canada.
